Yes, you can bring a spouse, significant other, or friend. All guests must be 18+. It is adults-only resort so no kids allowed.

[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All RSVPs must be received by Friday, February 18th! Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please do not book flights until the flight booking period opens! The flight booking period is March 7th- March 18th!

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are the passport requirements to enter Mexico?

We ask that you please check your passport expiration date prior to registering to make sure it meets all the requirements needed to enter Mexico. We recommend that passports expiration date is 6 months after return date.

  • US Travelers: A valid passport that will not expire prior to the date of the trip is required.
  • UK Travelers: A valid passport with an expiration date 6 months after your return date is required.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

We have a limited amount of pre/post extensions. The rate per night for Single Occupancy is $500++ and for Double Occupancy is $553++. Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled rooms will be billed back to you through payroll.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given this is an all-inclusive property, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip)!  

Please remember- bottles of wine are NOT included as part of the all-inclusive package. Glasses of wine are complimentary. If you choose to upgrade your wine at dinner, we do ask that you cover that personally.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided in Mexico?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Matillion sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Unico to the Cancun airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app through Travefy that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] Will we need to take PTO days for this trip, or are the days off included?
The days for this trip are May 2-6 which do not count as PTO days. However, if you extend your travel outside of these dates, then you would have to use PTO days. If you have urgent meetings or customer calls during the trip that you need to join please feel free to do those.
